French Artisan Bakery


Levain and Cherry is an independent French artisan bakery. We offer to our customers the unique experience of seeing how bread is made from the very start to the finished loaf while filling the street with its delicious smell.


Pascal took the inspiration for this concept from France where he grew up. His professional background is in the kitchen, but Pascal’s passion for baking turned him into a self-taught baker.

The bakery has been opened since August 2020 but the business itself started in April with bread and baguette deliveries from home. We are still evolving and progressing. It’s a never ending learning curve.

We sell French breads, baguettes and pastries with added twists from around the world. The majority of our produce is made with Levain (sourdough) and we only use French organic flours from Moulin Viron - a family flour mill located just outside of Paris.
