We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Head Baker - Full Time
Tuesday - Saturday - 40 hours per week
Starting salary £32,000 p.a.

Head Baker requirements:
 

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a professional bakery environment (essential)

  • This is not a trainee position - extensive hands-on experience is required

  • Demonstrated expertise in bread and viennoiserie production

  • Proven experience in managing, training, and developing a team

  • Confident in staff supervision, performance management, and conducting appraisals

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others

  • Responsible for maintaining high standards, consistency, and operational efficiency

  • Leads by example with a hands-on, professional approach



Baker - Full Time
Tuesday - Saturday - 40 hours per week
Starting salary £27,000 p.a.

Baker - Part Time
Thursday - Saturday - 24 hours per week
Starting salary £27,000 p.a. pro rata. Actual = £16,224.

Baker requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional bakery  (essential)

  • This is not a trainee position - candidates must be confident and capable from day one

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bread production

  • Proven ability and enthusiasm for producing high-quality viennoiserie

  • Able to work independently while maintaining consistency and high standards

  • Organised, reliable, and committed to quality craftsmanship

  • Passionate about baking, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement
